Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university with GPA > 3.0.
  • Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in telecom (e.g., 2-5+ years).
  • Strong understanding of telecom products, services, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and accounts simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Meet/exceed targets for booking/billing; retain & grow revenue from existing accounts.
  • Handle full sales cycle: prospecting, needs assessment, solution presentation, negotiation, and closing.
  • Develop strong, trusted partnerships with stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales/technical teams to tailor and deliver solutions.
  • Stay current on telecom trends, new technologies, and competitor activities.
  • Address client issues, manage renewals, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Accurately use CRM systems for sales forecasting and activity tracking.

Client & Revenue Growth: Meet/exceed targets for booking/billing; retain & grow revenue from existing enterprise/corporate accounts.

Sales Cycle Management: Handle full cycle: prospecting (cold calls, leads), needs assessment, solution presentation, proposal, negotiation, closing.

Relationship Building: Develop strong, trusted partnerships with stakeholders within client organizations.

Solution Delivery: Collaborate with pre-sales/technical teams to tailor and deliver solutions (e.g., 5G, cloud, managed services, security).

Market Expertise: Stay current on telecom trends, new technologies, and competitor activities.

Account Management: Address client issues, manage renewals, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Reporting: Accurately use CRM systems for sales forecasting, client info, and activity tracking.
