Job summary

A leading food & beverage retail company in Jakarta is seeking a Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure service excellence. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in a supervisory role within the F&B sector. Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills are essential, along with a solid understanding of hygiene and food safety practices. This role involves working shifts and weekends, supporting upselling efforts, and leading a motivated team in a busy environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience as Supervisor/Leader in F&B, café, dessert or beverage chain.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of basic F&B hygiene and food safety practices.
  • Able to work in shifts, weekends, and high-traffic periods.
  • Passionate about customer service and the healthy dessert/beverage industry.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure all SOPs, hygiene standards, and product preparation guidelines are consistently followed.
  • Maintain smooth service flow, especially during peak hours.
  • Lead, guide, and motivate the team during shift operations.
  • Conduct pre-shift briefings and ensure staff readiness.
  • Support upselling and promotional activities.
  • Ensure the team delivers a friendly, energetic, and brand-consistent interaction with all guests.
