Property Sourcing & Market Scouting
  • Identify and map potential hotel and resort assets across Kuta, Legian, and Seminyak
  • Conduct cold outreach through direct visits, calls, and strategic networking
  • Establish direct communication with property owners and key decision‑makers
Relationship Building
  • Represent Karma Group with professionalism, confidence, and credibility
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners, brokers, and real‑estate agencies
  • Navegate local business culture with diplomacy and cultural intelligence
Evaluation & Negotiation Support
  • Conduct initial site inspections and feasibility assessments
  • Assess operational potential including room count, amenities, and renovation scope
  • Support early‑stage negotiations and facilitate introductions to senior leadership

The Experience

  • Background in real estate acquisition, hotel brokerage, business development, or luxury sales
  • Strong knowledge of Bali’s hospitality market, especially Legian and Seminyak
  • An existing network of hotel owners or senior real‑estate contacts is a major advantage

The Skills

  • Fluent in both English and Bahasa
  • Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is highly preferred to navigate local ownership structures
  • Strong negotiation and financial acumen
  • Ideally you are Balinese, allowing you to confidently knock on doors of local Balinese operators
