Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success, preferably in food service or SaaS.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to travel overnight a few nights each month.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
• Own communication with customers on behalf of the partner company.
• Lead preparations for client meetings and on-site visits.
• Review customer accounts for upselling opportunities.
• Work with Customer Success teams on escalated issues.
