In this pivotal role, you will drive operational effectiveness and enhance customer experiences across the operations organization. You will collaborate closely with leadership to identify high-impact challenges and design data-informed solutions. Your expertise will help shape models, systems, and processes that empower our partner to deliver exceptional service and performance while scaling their operations efficiently.

Accountabilities
  • Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives to drive measurable improvements in conversion, productivity, and revenue.
  • Partner with sales leadership to define and optimize core sales processes including lead assignment and performance management.
  • Identify, design, and execute process improvements across Fulfillment to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Define business requirements and guide the implementation of Sales technology, including CRM systems.
  • Develop a deep, data-driven understanding of customer and operational experiences to influence strategy.
  • Educate stakeholders with data-driven evidence to inform organization-wide metrics and processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective teamwork.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in business operations, strategy and operations, or sales operations.
  • Proven experience managing sales enablement tools and platforms.
  • Experience in building data dashboards for various departments.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills; proficiency in Excel and BI tools.
  • Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to effectively work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
