Job summary

A leading palm oil producer in Indonesia is seeking a Refinery Operator to conduct daily refinery activities, monitor production parameters, and maintain equipment cleanliness. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in the Palm Oil industry and possess a Diploma Degree in Engineering. This role requires willingness to work in shift schedules in the Marunda, Bekasi area while adhering to quality management standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in Fractionation & Palm Oil industry is preferred.
• Must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering.
• Willingness to work in shifts in the Marunda, Bekasi area.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily activities of refinery process.
• Monitor production parameters on site.
• Maintain equipment and cleanliness at work location.
• Implement quality management systems.

Job description

Conducting daily activities of refinery process

Monitoring parameters of production parameters on site during plant running

Filling out the logsheet and production checklist

Taking samples of production on schedule

Assist engineering / contractor if there is improvement in plant

Responsible in maintaining and maintaining all equipment work and cleanliness of the environment (environment) in the work location

Running the implementation of quality management system ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, HACCP, 5R1SQU, Halal, sustainability system such as: ISCC system, RSPO, HVO, SMK3, SMART D_Safe, OHSAS 18001.

Recommend improvements (if any).

Requirements

Preferably have 1 year experience in Fractionation & Palm Oil industry

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Degree (D3) in Engineering (Teknik/Teknik Kimia)

Willing to work with shift schedules

Willing to work in Marunda, Bekasi area
