A B2B e-commerce platform is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to handle the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Psychology and at least 2 years of experience in recruitment. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing negotiation processes. Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment required.
  • Experience as a headhunter or in-house recruiter will be an advantage.
  • Have understanding of HR & General Affairs (HRGA) processes.

Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates.
  • Screen and review CVs to identify suitable candidates.
  • Conduct initial and follow-up interviews.
  • Perform reference checks.
  • Handle salary negotiation and prepare offering letters.
  • Maintain recruitment reports and update progress.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers regarding manpower needs.

Qualifications
