Job description

• Coordinate with all project managers, vendors and contractors to procure necessary system and controlling method for project deployment.
• Create controlling model and build comprehensive system to ensure all the Network quality bring to high standard quality
• Collecting and analyzing data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct quality assurance checks and testing to verify the performance and reliability.
• Perform integration testing to ensure interoperability with other network components and systems.
• Suggest and manage Changes in Project Processes.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Regularly assess project risks and implement contingency plans as necessary.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and milestones.
• Facilitate effective communication between internal teams, Main contractors, clients, and regulatory authorities.
• Address stakeholder concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely manner

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, Electro engineering, Technology information or related field or professional certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
• Minimum 4+ years of relevant work experience in the field position and 2 years in Supervisory level.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving network issues.
• Strong expertise in quality assurance, risk management, process improvement, and telco compliance with solid technical knowledge.
• Proven ability in project, contract, and stakeholder management with strong digital literacy and end-to-end control skills.
