About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quality Control Inspector Civil to join our team at PT Mirah Global Investment in Badung, Bali. This is a contract position, offering the opportunity to be part of an exciting civil engineering project and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

What you’ll be doing

• Inspect construction materials, equipment, and on-site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, building codes, and safety standards for residential apartment and hospitality developments.
• Conduct regular on-site quality inspections and document findings, including identification and reporting of deviations, defects, or non-conformances.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, consultants, and contractors to address and resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, method statements, and quality control plans to ensure proper implementation on site.
• Participate in scheduled quality control meetings and provide professional recommendations for corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, inspection checklists, test reports, and quality documentation for all project activities.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of quality control procedures, inspection plans, and quality assurance policies specific to commercial, residential, and hospitality projects.
