Job summary

A leading Electronic Manufacturing Services company located in Indonesia is looking for a quality manager to oversee the quality responsibilities for a specific customer group. Candidates should possess a degree in electronic or mechanical engineering, and have at least 5 years of managerial experience. Proficiency in English and Mandarin/Chinese is an advantage. The role includes driving quality improvements, handling customer feedback, and liaising with external audit parties. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience at managerial level.
• Able to speak English and Mandarin/Chinese (advantage).

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility in quality for customer group/cluster assigned.
• Plan and supervise to ensure no RMA and no customer claims.
• Drive improvements for the entire customer group/cluster.
• Review and release quality reports to customers.
• Answer customer complaints and/or queries related to quality.
• Liaise for 3rd party audits for the entire customer.
