Job description

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead and execute procurement strategies
• Oversee the daily procurement process, from purchase requisition (PR) to purchase order (PO) issuance
• Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with new and existing suppliers
• Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation
• Perform cost and scenario analysis and benchmarking
• Assess, manage and mitigate risks
• Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers also experienced in vendor localization

Requirements

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in Purchasing or Procurement, with a minimum of 1-2 years in a supervisory or senior position
• Familiarity with an ERP system (such as SAP, Oracle, or similar) for purchasing module
• Good negotiation skill and networking
• Good leadership skill and decision making
• Good English language skills both in speaking and writing
• Microsoft Office
