Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead administration, acceptance and invoicing of project work including Local & Overseas Inspection
• Support the Deployment for QIMS (Quality Management System)
• Administer Local Content for Project, as required.
• Interface and provide support for other departments on sales and tender activities
• Maintain inspection and related project records as per company’s policy
• Develop and maintain laws and standards relating to inspection

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Relevant Major
• Minimum 1 year experience in Inspection Industry
• Good communication and excellent skill in project administration & reporting
• Good customer communications and engagement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
