Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for a Project Sales Engineer based in Depok. The role includes managing sales-related projects, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The Project Sales Engineer will collaborate with teams to meet client requirements and achieve sales targets, contributing directly to the company’s growth and success.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Project Sales and Sales Management to effectively manage sales projects and strategies
  • Strong experience in Power Plant (PLTU, PLTA, PLTMG, PLTG, PLTP, Etc) Oil&Gas, Pulp&Paper, Chemical, Cement with Automation product (Siemens, Allen Bradley, and etc)
  • Experience 3-5 Years with Proven result
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to facilitate client interaction and address their needs
  • Ability to excel in Sales-related tasks, such as identifying and converting sales opportunities
  • Proactive, goal-oriented approach with the ability to work on-site independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant industry experience and a background or degree in Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related fields is a plus
  • Max 33 Years
  • SMA, SMK, Bachelor degree or Diploma with strong Engineering skill
