Acer Indonesia is looking for Project & Procurement Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Receive requests from other departments.
  • Source quotations from existing or new vendors and negotiate when necessary.
  • Provide related departments with information on pricing, stock availability, and lead time to facilitate Purchase Request (PR) creation.
  • Create and monitor Purchase Orders (PO) for both Admin Purchase Orders (APO) and Procurement Purchase Orders (PPO) after PR approval.
  • Prepare procurement reports, including outstanding POs, vendor performance, and cost analysis.
  • Manage procurement‑related projects as assigned.
  • Resolve procurement issues promptly and effectively.
  • Pitch and manage marketing and carry bag vendors.
  • Establish performance metrics (KPIs), monitor team performance results, and conduct mentoring sessions.
Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major.
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in handling procurement and project.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in managerial level.
  • Having high integrity and attention to detail.
  • Good negotiation and communication skills.
