Responsibilities
  • Ensuring that every aspect of the project is planned for, coordinated, and executed as intended
  • Creating a timeline for the project
  • Making sure the project is well within the budget assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture with minimum GPA 3.0
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience as project manager
  • Experienced or familiar with interior design
  • Have comprehensive knowledge of renovation, design, layout
  • Good understanding of project management, cost control, schedule
  • Computer literate: MS Office such as Excel (Mandatory), Word & PowerPoint
  • Skilled and able to understand design in AutoCAD 2D and 3D
  • Have good leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work excellent as team or individual
