- Lead and oversee the execution of projects across various lines, including social media, content, campaigns, and other digital projects.
- Manage timelines, resources, and budgets for multiple projects at once.
- Coordinate closely with creative, strategy, account, and production teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for delivery challenges, timing issues, and resource conflicts.
- Be responsible for operational success metrics such as on-time project completion, quality control, and resource efficiency.
- Collaborate with content production teams and editors to ensure production feasibility and timely completion.
- Build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive process optimization and team workflow improvements in a fast-paced environment.
- Oversee the daily operations of both retainer-based and non-retainer projects.
- Track performance metrics, provide regular updates to client teams, and proactively identify and resolve project or communication bottlenecks.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of professional work experience as Project Director is required, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or project management role.
- Must have prior experience working in a creative or digital agency environment.
- Proven ability to manage project timelines, resources, and budgets for multiple projects simultaneously. You should be highly disciplined and skilled in timeline management.
- Possess strong leadership skills with the ability to provide clear direction and collaborate with creative teams.
- A solid understanding of the creative production process is a must.
- A mature individual who is confident and capable of making critical decisions to ensure project success.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Must have a professional and presentable appearance.
- Ability to work in Bandung (WFO).
