Position Overview

We are assisting one of our clients in an IT software agency/softwarehousefor a Project Management Office (PMO) professional to oversee and support the successful delivery of multiple IT projects across the organisation. This role will be responsible for managing project portfolios, ensuring methodology consistency, optimising resources, monitoring performance, and maintaining alignment between project execution and business objectives. The ideal candidate is structured, analytical, and able to coordinate effectively with stakeholders and executive leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and monitor the company’s project portfolio
  • Prioritize projects and optimize resource allocation
  • Develop and maintain project management standards, documentation, and templates
  • Ensure consistent implementation of PM methodologies
  • Track project progress and prepare management reports
  • Analyze project metrics, KPIs, and delivery performance
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, project teams, and executives
  • Facilitate project meetings and communicate status updates
  • Implement process improvements and best practices
  • Provide training and mentoring for project managers
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Management, Information Systems, or related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project management
  • Proven experience managing multiple simultaneous projects
  • Proficiency with PM tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of PM methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum)
