Job summary

A leading composites manufacturing firm in Indonesia is seeking a Finance Manager to manage project cashflow and oversee Accounts Payable and Receivable processes. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Strong Excel skills and a quick working style are essential. This role requires coordination with site teams and may involve site visits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting & Tax (FAT).
• Experienced in handling Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Experience in project-based environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor project cashflow plans.
• Oversee AP & AR processes, including timely collections.
• Prepare monthly project financial reports.

• Control budgets and expenses, especially manpower costs
• Prepare monthly project financial reports
• Perform project cost and budget reconciliation
• Coordinate with site teams and conduct site visits when required
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of project documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting & Tax (FAT)
• Experienced in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Experienced in preparing and monitoring project cashflow plans
• Fast working style and able to meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in Excel and basic accounting software
• Experience in project-based environments is a plus
• Quick and proactive in follow-ups and collections
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang and project sites
