Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience as Production Supervisor in relevant industries.
• Certifications in PMP or Six Sigma preferred.
• Able to work under pressure and meet production targets.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operations to achieve output and quality targets.
• Optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
• Implement quality control measures for product standards.
• Manage and train production line employees.
• Develop production scheduling plans and allocate resources.
• Implement safety regulations in the production environment.
• Analyze production data and prepare reports.
• Promote continuous improvement projects.
