Job description

Production Manager (Footwear Manufacturing)

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field from reputable university

Minimum 20 years of experience in footwear manufacturing, with proven experience in a Production Manager or senior production role

Strong experience in setting up new production lines or factories including machine installation

Extensive experience in deploying advanced manufacturing technologies, including automation, robotics, and smart factory initiatives

Deep, hands‑on understanding of end‑to‑end footwear production processes

Strong expertise in factory layout optimization, capacity planning, line balancing, and large‑scale productivity transformation

Strong ability to drive quality, EHS, and compliance standards aligned with global manufacturing best practices

Ability to work under tight deadlines while ensuring cost efficiency, quality standards, safety, and compliance
