We are looking for a detail-oriented Product Owner who can bridge the gap between business needs and system capabilities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing, mapping, and optimizing processes across functions to ensure technology solutions align with business goals and deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand current processes, pain points, and improvement
  • Document and map end-to-end business workflows using tools like Visio, Miro, or Lucidchart.
  • Translate business processes into system flows and functional requirements that guide development and configuration.
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA to ensure the system design reflects business intent.
  • Define and maintain the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritization and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Facilitate requirement workshops, user story grooming, and sprint planning sessions.
  • Support UAT and change management, ensuring smooth adoption of new features or process improvements.
  • Continuously assess the impact of product changes on upstream and downstream processes.
Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience as a Process Consultant in a technology-driven environment. People with Retail background would be given a preference.
  • Strong knowledge of process mapping, business analysis, and system design principles.
  • Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into simple, actionable user stories.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum frameworks.
  • Proficiency in BPMN tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, etc.) and requirements tracking tools (JIRA, Confluence).
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Exposure to ERP, CRM, or Retail system landscapes.
  • Background in data-driven process improvement or digital transformation projects.
  • Certification in BPMN is an added advantage.
