Product Manager - Enterprise Drone Solutions

Responsibilities
- Business & Product Development
- Lead the expansion of specific drone and software products across multiple industries and market segments in Indonesia
- Define product positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies
- Identify new opportunities, verticals, and applications for specific drone and software products
- Pre-Sales & Customer Engagement
- Deliver compelling pre-sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Conduct onsite demos, trials, and proof-of-concept deployments
- Work with customers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Technical & Solution Design
- Support solution architecture and system integration including drone, software, data processing, and AI solutions
- Collaborate with engineering teams on customization, AI capabilities, and deployment strategies
- Act as a technical advisor during commercial discussions
- Commercial & Marketing Support
- Support preparation of commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders
- Contribute to marketing activities including events, exhibitions, product launches, and content creation
- Represent Halo Robotics at industry events and customer meetings
- Principal & Partner Management
- Act as a key liaison between Halo Robotics and key Principals/Manufacturers of drone, software and AI products
- Coordinate product updates, technical feedback, and market insights with the principal
- Support training, certification, and product roadmap alignment
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, Technical Sales, Solutions Engineer, GIS or Surveying Engineer, or similar role
- Essential: Hands-on experience with drone technology, data processing and/or AI software
- Strong understanding of drone technology, software, and data processing applications for key industries (Mining, Agriculture, Oil & Gas, etc.)
- Experience supporting pre-sales, demos, and technical solution design
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Geospatial/Geomatics, Robotics, Computer Science, AI, or a related field
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable working across technical and commercial teams
- Self-driven, adaptable, and excited about cutting-edge drone technology
- Willing to travel for onsite demos, customer meetings, and events
