Job description

ZAP Group is looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to lead and optimize our procurement processes across outlets/Operational and Head Office. This role is critical in ensuring cost efficiency, quality control, and strong vendor partnerships to support our fast-growing healthcare & beauty business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals.
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes for medical equipment, consumables, and general supplies.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors and suppliers.
• Evaluate and maintain strong relationships with key vendors.
• Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and ensure timely availability of goods.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies and applicable regulations.
• Lead and develop the procurement team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, with 2 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in hospitality, healthcare, clinic, or beauty industry is a strong advantage.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and google suites.
• Full Work From Office at ZAP Head Office at Belleza Shopping Arcade.
