PPIC Supervisor with the following qualifications

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in all majors.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in PPIC or supply chain roles, preferably in the F&B industry.
• Familiar using MS. Excel (Vlookup, Hlookup, if,etc) and Google Spreadsheet.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory control, and demand forecasting.
• Excellent coordination, analytical thinking, and problem solving skills.
• Comunicative, detailed, honest, sociable, teamwork and individual.
• Preferably based in Depok or surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Develop and control production plans based on demand forecasts and market needs.
• Manage and monitor inventory for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, quality, and production teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure material availability and on-time production execution.
• Prepare reports on material usage, production results, and operational efficiency.
• Analyze waste, return products, and material variance to recommend improvements.
• Improve PPIC systems, processes, and SOP implementation.
• Lead and guide the PPIC team to achieve operational targets.
