  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to maintain smooth workflows.
  • Formulate operational strategies aligned with modernization and company growth goals.
  • Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
  • Monitor plant performance using KPIs and data-driven decision-making.
The Successful Applicant
  • Holds a bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Proven track record in plant management within FMCG manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of production processes and safety regulations.
  • Skilled in leadership, problem-solving, and effective communication (including English).
  • Experienced in budgeting and cost optimization.
