Job description

We are seeking a driven and organised Personal Assistant/ Office Secretary to join our team at PT Berkat Sumber Rizki in North Jakarta. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the smooth running of our operations by handling a variety of administrative & operational duties.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide general administrative support across the organisation, including but not limited to managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining filing systems
  • Assist our CEO and other foreign staffs when they're working in Indonesia office.
  • Assist with the coordination of office operations and procedures to ensure efficiency
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to address queries and provide excellent customer service
  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
  • Contribute to the implementation of office policies and procedures
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor Degree from Public University (PTN) in Indonesia
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative, Secretary/Personal Assistant or office support role
  • Previously working as a Personal Assistant or Secretary for a CEO / Country Manager
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent English and or Chinese listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanour
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Able to drive and having SIM A driver's license
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Ability to respond quickly and handle urgent matters in high-pressure environments.
  • Ability to do Business Trips International & Domestic
