Job description
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google
  • Lead, direct, and develop the Digital Performance team in managing all Paid Marketing Channels at Cermati Fintech Group.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate media buying and paid marketing strategies to support customer acquisition and growth.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget with afocus on cost efficiency, ROI, and achieving business targets, while being accountable to the finance team and preparing weekly budget monitoring reports.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing, CRM, Product, and IT teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from paid ads to Cermati Fintech Group's acquisition channels.
  • Conduct data analysis, customer segmentation, and audience targeting optimization together with the Data team to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Perform routine A/B testing to identify the most effective approaches for enhancing campaign performance.
  • Monitor data accuracy, identify, and reduce discrepancies from monitoring tools such as Appsflyer, Firebase, and CRM Data Bl.
  • Maintain active communication with internal stakeholders, including business teams, to report results, address challenges, and ensure targets are met.
  • Explore and establish new partnerships with paid media platforms beyond Google, Meta, TikTok, and X to expand customer acquisition channels.
Qualifications
  • 6+years of experiences in Performance Marketing roles driving media buying and optimisation on Google, Meta, Tiktok dan Programmatic platforms.
  • Certified Google ad words or Meta advertising
  • A bachelor's degree from reputable universities, preferably from quantitative analytical discipline (Computer Science/Engineering/Mathematics/Statistics)
  • A result-driven and independent thinker with superior numerical skills
  • Excellent data analysis and reporting skills using Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, or other data processing tools and marketing advertisement using Appsflyer and Firebase
  • Eager to work in a creative and collaborative environment.
