Job summary

A leading HR solutions company in South Tangerang is seeking a People & Operations Admin to handle employee data, support payroll, and manage HR documents. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of HR experience, be familiar with HRIS tools, and possess strong organizational skills. This role requires multitasking in a dynamic environment, with a willingness to work six days a week. People & Operations Admin (HR) - South Tangerang

Maintain accurate and updated employee data in HR systems (Mekari)

Support payroll input and coordination with finance (attendance, leave, overtime, bonuses)

Prepare and manage HR documents using provided templates (contracts, letters, forms)

Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience

Manage government-related administration including NPWP and BPJS registrations/updates

Coordinate daily office needs such as lunch orders, supplies, and vendor communication

Organize digital and physical documents with proper structure, naming, and version control

Build and improve checklists, trackers, and SOPs to streamline operations

Support the Country Manager and other teams on events, hiring, and internal initiatives

Act as the go-to person for general office and administrative support.

Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR/Administrative roles

Familiar with HRIS tools (Mekari preferred)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Able to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in data handling

Comfortable with multitasking in a dynamic startup environment

Proficient using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) or similar

Willing to work 6 days per week (Saturday off, Sunday WFH)
