Job Summary

Ensure the accurate and timely execution of payroll and employee benefits in alignment with statutory and organizational policies. This role manages payroll inputs, conducts payroll and benefits calculations, supports tax and social security administration, and ensures smooth and compliant HR operational processes. Contributes to a seamless employee experience by resolving payroll-benefits related inquiries and enabling efficient HR operations through data accuracy, analysis, and reporting.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Tax, Statistic, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in payroll and benefits, or a similar role.
  • In-depth understanding of payroll system, income tax laws, and social security operations (BPJS).
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and high data integrity.
  • Preferably having exposure in Compensation and Benefit analysis projects.
