Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven Partnerships & Dealer Business Development Senior Manager to lead the strategic partnerships function for iCar Asia Indonesia. This role is crucial to identifying, securing, and growing revenue-generating partnerships that align with the company’s growth and monetization objectives. You will be responsible for developing strategic alliances across the automotive, finance, insurance, and digital sectors to drive business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic partnership roadmap and dealer business roadmap to support business objectives and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with country leadership, sales, marketing, product, and content teams to ensure the alignment of partnership initiatives.
  • Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships across relevant industries including automotive OEMs, financial institutions, insurance companies, classifieds, marketplaces, content platforms, and digital service providers.
  • Negotiate and execute partnership agreements, ensuring win-win value propositions and measurable ROI.
  • Drive monetization opportunities through strategic alliances and commercial collaborations.
  • Create scalable partnership models that can be replicated across multiple platforms or segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key external partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for high-impact partners, ensuring consistent engagement and performance tracking.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on partnership performance metrics to senior leadership; optimize existing partnerships and identify opportunities for upselling or expansion.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business development, Digital marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in strategic partnership, business development, commercial roles, or working in the auto classifieds business with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in securing and growing revenue-generating partnerships in Indonesia.
  • Strong network in the automotive, fintech, insurance, or digital media industries in Indonesia.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical mindset.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a results-driven and collaborative attitude.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
