Job summary

A cybersecurity solutions provider in Indonesia is seeking a professional to install and configure systems, provide technical support, and troubleshoot issues. The ideal candidate has 3–7 years of experience in cybersecurity, particularly in OT/ICS environments, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or a related field. This role involves collaborating with teams and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 2 years in OT/ICS environments.
• Strong knowledge of industrial control systems (PLC, RTU, HMI, DCS).
• Familiarity with security technologies: firewalls, SIEM, endpoint protection.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and test systems or software per project requirements.
• Provide technical support during implementation and maintenance phases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues both remotely and on-site.
• Guide clients through troubleshooting steps and deliver knowledge-sharing sessions.
