A leading fintech startup in Indonesia is seeking an Organization Development Officer to create and update organizational structures, conduct job analysis and evaluations, and handle employee performance management. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or Management and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a financing company. Strong analytical thinking, communication, and administrative skills are essential for this position.
