About the role

Join the dynamic team at our company as an Organization Development & Training Assistant Manager. In this full-time position based in Central Jakarta, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's talent development initiatives and driving organizational growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop OD strategies, analyze organizational structures, and design solutions for efficiency and growth.
  • Conduct job analysis, structure evaluation, and identify organizational effectiveness gaps.
  • Collaborate with department heads to find skill gaps and align training with strategic objectives.
  • Design, implement and evaluate impactful training programs that address the evolving needs of the organization.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees at all levels.
  • Conduct needs assessments and employee surveys to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, resources and content to ensure the continued effectiveness of the programs.
  • Assist in the implementation of organizational development strategies, including team‑building activities and change management initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyse training metrics to measure the impact and effectiveness of the programs.
  • Provide support and guidance to line managers in fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Requirements
