Job summary

A prominent multifinance company in Jakarta is seeking an experienced Organization Development & Training Manager. The successful candidate will design and implement organizational development programs, conduct needs analyses, and manage employee training initiatives. Organization Development & Training Manager - Multifinance (C-126093)

Our client is an Japanese Multifinance Company. Currently, they are looking for Organization Development & Training Manager.

Job Responsibilities
  • Design and implement organizational development programs aimed at improving efficiency, productivity, and company culture.
  • Conduct organizational needs analyses and provide recommendations on organizational development initiatives that can enhance performance.
  • Develop and manage employee training and development programs to improve staff skills, knowledge, and capabilities.
  • Facilitate strategic planning sessions, workshops, and feedback sessions to encourage employee engagement and input.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of organizational development initiatives and make necessary adjustments.
  • Act as a strategic partner to management by providing advice and support on organizational development–related issues.
  • Identify and implement best practices in organizational development to ensure.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, or a related field.
  • Business level of English.
  • Min. of 5 years of experience in organizational development–related roles or management consulting from multi-finance or Japanese company with previous role as Manager or Asst. Manager.
  • Strong understanding of organizational development theories and practices, organizational change, and human resource management.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify improvement opportunities and develop implementable solutions.
  • Solid consulting skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Experience in designing and managing employee training and development programs.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to present insights and recommendations.
  • Good understanding of trends and best practices in organizational development.
