The Optical (CCTV) Product Manager leads the promotion and technical positioning of the company's video surveillance and security solutions—including cameras, NVRs, and intelligent video platforms—across enterprise and government markets in Indonesia. This role acts as a technical pre-sales specialist and solution advisor, supporting sales teams by designing tailored CCTV and IVS (Intelligent Video Surveillance) solutions, engaging directly with customers and partners, and managing end-to-end proposal and delivery support. The Product Manager also plays a key role in competitive positioning, scenario-based design, and building long-term customer relationships through high-quality solution delivery.
Success in this role requires strong technical expertise in CCTV systems, video storage, and AI-powered analytics, as well as the ability to present and communicate effectively with clients, channel partners, and internal teams. The Product Manager is expected to contribute to both technical delivery and business growth through active customer engagement and market insight.
