The role is essentially a “second brain” for operations & systems – helping a small Grade‑A team scale in a smart, AI‑driven way.

Qualifications

1. Proven 4+ years experience in startups or digital environment (Indonesia or abroad - Singapore, Dubai, Australia, Europe, etc)

3. Ability to help turn a small Grade‑A team into a scalable ecosystem.

Soft Skills

• Strong operations & project management
