Role Overview

The Operations Manager will oversee daily freight forwarding operations, ensure documentation accuracy, manage customer coordination, and lead the operations team to maintain high service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end freight forwarding operations (export/import)
• Ensure timely shipment execution and accurate documentation
• Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and warehouses
• Monitor operational KPIs and service quality
• Lead and support the operations team
• Resolve operational issues and customer inquiries
• Ensure compliance with regulations and SOPs
