Responsibilities

1. Supervise and manage day-to-day export & import operations (sea & air freight).
2. Coordinate with shipping lines, trucking vendors, warehouses, and customs clearance teams.
3. Ensure all shipments are processed efficiently, timely, and in compliance with relevant regulations.
4. Monitor team performance and provide operational guidance to staff.
5. Handle customer inquiries related to shipments and provide effective solutions.
6. Maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting to management.
7. Assist in the development and improvement of SOPs for operational excellence.

Requirements

1. Minimum 6 years of experience in operational roles within the freight forwarding/logistics industry.
2. Strong understanding of export-import processes, shipping documents, and customs clearance.
3. Proven leadership experience or exposure in leading a small operational team.
