Cinchy is a top‑rated scooter rental in Bali. We are scaling up and need a full‑time Operations Manager based in our Seminyak HQ. This is not a "sit behind a laptop" job. We need a leader who is present on the floor, supporting the team, and ensuring our guests get a 5‑star experience every time.
The Mission
Ensure Cinchy runs efficiently, the team is fully staffed and motivated, and our fleet is in perfect condition. You solve problems before the owner even hears about them.
What You’ll Be Doing (Your Mission)
- HR & Staffing Stability (Critical): You own the roster.
- Ensure we never run short of staff. You manage the schedule to cover leaves/sickness.
- Recruiting: You actively source Daily Workers (DW) and permanent staff, filter candidates, and conduct initial interviews to ensure a steady pipeline of talent.
- Resolve Corner Cases: You are the escalation point for accidents, police issues, and difficult guests. You handle it on the ground, then update the SOP.
- Team Leadership: Manage driver/admin KPIs (response time, punctuality), calculate payroll, and foster high retention through daily interaction and leadership.
- Operational Support: You are "boots on the ground." If the shop is busy, you jump in to help check bikes or coordinate traffic. You ensure the admin team replies fast and drivers are moving efficiently.
- Fleet Health: Ensure 100% adherence to maintenance schedules and inventory levels. No scooter goes unchecked.
The “Real” Schedule (Please Read)
- This is an On‑Site Operational Role based in Seminyak. Working Hours: 6 Days / Week (Standard Hospitality Hours).
- On-Call: As the Manager, you are the emergency contact if a major issue (accident/police) happens outside standard hours.
- Presence: You are the leader on the floor. You manage the morning briefing, oversee the midday rush, and ensure end‑of‑day closing procedures are tight. Emergencies: If a major incident occurs, you step in until it's solved.
Who We’re Looking For (The Right Vibe)
- Radical Ownership: You don't say "that's not my job." If a bike is dirty, you wipe it. If a driver is late, you fix the gap. You care about the brand as if it were your own.
- A “People Builder”: You know how to interview and filter candidates to find good workers. You understand how to lead blue‑collar teams with respect and firmness.
- Experienced: Background in Hospitality Ops, Hotel Front Office, or Logistics Management. You are used to dealing with international tourists.
- Tech‑Savvy: Google Sheets & Booking Systems are second nature.
Fluent
- Indonesian & English (Oral & Written).
