About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join PT LAROCHELLE INDO LBP' as an Operation Manager for our Brand. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services to our clients. The position is based in Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta Raya.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's operations, including production, logistics, and customer service
• Develop and implement operational strategies and policies to enhance productivity and streamline processes
• Manage and lead a team of operations personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
• Identify and resolve operational issues, ensuring the smooth running of the business
• Analyse operational data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and finance, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment
• Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and company policies

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Operations Management
• 8+ years of experience in a similar operations management role, preferably in the Resto & Bar, French Resto, or Western Resto
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a team of operations personnel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement effective solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in using relevant operational management software and tools
