Responsibilities

• Designing new properties to be up to Kozystay's standard
• Inspection of new properties and prepare the onboarding report
• Execution of onboarding process including managing renovations and decorating the property
• Manage administration process for property onboarding and offboarding
• Scheduling and monitoring technicians for new property repairs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• Working location: Surabaya
• Min. 3 years' experience in interior design or contractor
