  • 1. Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Business, or Management preferred).
  • 2. Minimum 5–8 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2–3 years in a Sales Manager or Team Lead role.
  • 3. Experience in industrial equipment, engineering solutions, metrology, automation, or industrial technology is a strong advantage.
  • 4. Strong strategic mindset with the ability to read markets and translate insights into actionable sales plans.
  • 5. Proven ability to build, lead, and scale sales teams (coaching, KPI management, discipline).
  • 6. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
  • 1. Develop and execute national sales strategies aligned with the company’s business direction.
  • 2. Lead, coach, and develop a professional, results-driven sales team.
  • 3. Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, solution design, proposal, negotiation, closing, and handover to delivery teams. Build and grow key industrial accounts (manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, defense, heavy industry, etc.).
  • 4. Work closely with engineering, service, and management teams to deliver the right technical and commercial solutions.
  • 5. Drive sales forecasting, pipeline management, performance reporting, and continuous improvement.
  • 6. Uphold high standards of ethics, professionalism, and long-term customer relationships.
