Qualifications

• Min 3 years as Mining Operator Lead Hand for High School graduate.
• 1 year as Mining Foreman for Mining Engineer graduate.
• POP certificate preferred.
• Willing to be based on project sites.
• Flexibility to work hours as per project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise mining operations to achieve production targets.
• Implement short term mine execution plans based on BMP process.
• Monitor hourly production and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Establish good communication with Client representative.
• Maintain SHE programs and ensure compliance with standards.
