Job description

To execute advanced design tasks for new and customized pump products by creating and validating 3D models, technical drawings, and documentation. The Product Design Senior Engineer ensures high-quality design outputs in line with performance, manufacturability, and cost-efficiency objectives, while supporting cross-functional collaboration and continuous design improvement.

Job Description

• Develop detailed 3D models, technical drawings, and BOMs using CAD tools.
• Perform basic design calculations to validate mechanical reliability and performance.
• Contribute to pump product customization and standard product improvements.
• Support design verification activities through prototyping and testing.
• Collaborate with R&D and CFD teams to implement design enhancements based on simulations and field feedback.
• Coordinate with Sales, Tendering, Production, Quality, and SCM to align design outputs with project and customer requirements.
• Communicate with vendors, customers, and KSB Group factories for technical clarifications and custom design solutions.
• Maintain and update technical documentation including drawings, calculation sheets, and manuals.
• Ensure proper filing and version control in PLM/ERP systems and adherence to engineering SOPs and standards.
