Job description
Overview

Grounded in a talent-centric mindset, Maker Lab is a marketing agency designed to build decentralised technology-led agency teams, rooted in collaboration with clients from the ground up. Maker Lab's cross-functional teams of multidisciplinary specialists are embedded into client teams across digital marketing competencies — from measurement & analytics to content production.

Maker Lab supports clients across technology, entertainment, financial services and the payments industry. We're looking for dynamic individuals to join our team and support our amazing clients in the technology industry.

Role

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing partner programs and engagements in order to cultivate a broad base of customers for our technology client and their gaming platform. This entails garnering internal cross-functional support to co-invest with partners, strong negotiation skills to formalise plans and impeccable execution to deliver on targets. You will also lead research and analytics to gauge the performance of past campaigns and develop a point-of-view on which levers to move for future partnerships. In addition to this, you will lead creative thinking for the development of marketing assets for the platform. The growth programmes broadly entail co-marketing programs with the developer and payments partners but also extend to direct response campaigns across the region to bring in new users to the ecosystem.

You
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 4-6 years of experience in strategy, comms planning, consumer marketing, and/or product/platform marketing
  • Experience in partner management or platform marketing is preferred. Understanding of telco, consumer electronics or digital content is a plus
  • Ability to influence at all levels and work effectively across functions and geographies. Lead non-hierarchical, multi-country, cross-functional working teams
  • Familiarity with digital campaign management and leading digital ad platforms
  • Project management experience. Track record of effectively delivering large-scale and/or multiple projects at one time in a fast-moving environment
  • Technology/online industry experience, knowledge of online products and marketing techniques, and experience in working with agencies
  • Experience in partner marketing, working with gaming developers, carriers, OEMs and/or e-wallets
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communications and presentation skills
