Role Summary

As a Marketing Specialist, you'll shape the future of Search/Assistant products for Indonesian users. You'll own the full marketing experience, from insights and competitive analysis to driving game‑changing campaigns in a complex, fast‑paced environment.

Role
  • Develop an insight‑led Consumer marketing plan for the Indonesian market, identifying and prioritising key opportunities and challenges for Search, Assistant, and Business Profile products.
  • Lead the launch and execution of marketing campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring all initiatives are optimised for efficiency and impact.
  • Support essential research into user behaviour, competitive landscape, and market trends to inform strategic decision‑making.
  • Apply marketing analytics, statistical analysis, and experimentation (A/B testing) to clarify performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Use SQL to analyse large datasets and translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights for cross‑functional partners.
  • Collaborate closely with product, comms, regional, and in‑country teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment across all initiatives.
  • Demonstrate strong problem‑solving capabilities by developing creative and non‑traditional solutions for complex, undefined problems.
You
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, consulting, or communications, with a proven track record of exceptional performance and high productivity.
  • Experience working with digital marketing and performance marketing.
  • Demonstrated problem‑solving and analytical capabilities, combined with solid project management skills and the ability to lead projects independently.
  • Expertise with marketing analytics and statistical analysis; proven experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
  • Ability to use SQL to analyse large datasets and prioritise them into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional adaptability, strong teamwork skills, dedication, and a positive attitude.
  • Able to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven, technology work environment and navigate ambiguity in a complex matrix organisation.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English, and fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, with strong communication and presentation skills.
