Job Summary
To develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for our cosmetics brand in the Indonesian market, driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth. You will be responsible for localizing global beauty trends and creating marketing campaigns that resonate with Indonesian consumers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the brand's annual marketing plan, budget, and product launch calendar for the Indonesian market.
- Lead omnichannel marketing campaigns for new and core products, encompassing digital media, social media, e-commerce platforms, and offline retail.
- Oversee the brand's localized positioning, messaging, and visual assets in Indonesia, ensuring consistency across all consumer touchpoints.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of Indonesian beauty market trends, competitor activities, and local consumer insights.
- Measure and optimize campaign performance against key market KPIs.
- Manage partnerships with local Indonesian media, influencers, distributors, and agencies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years specifically in the cosmetics, skincare, FMCG, or pharmaceutical industry. Experience in the Indonesian or Southeast Asian market is a plus.
- Proven track record of building and executing successful marketing strategies for beauty brands.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian beauty consumer journey and key marketing channels.
- Excellent project management and cross-cultural team collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese.
- Experience in launching color cosmetics or skincare products in Indonesia.
- Existing strong relationships with local Indonesian beauty retailers, e-commerce platforms, or Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
