Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Marketing & KOL located in Kelapa Gading, Jakarta, Indonesia. The Marketing & KOL will be responsible for managing end‑to‑end KOL and affiliate programs.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, shortlist, and recruit KOLs/creators that match the brand and campaign objectives.
  • Manage end‑to‑end communication with KOLs: outreach, negotiation, briefing, timeline coordination, and deliverables.
  • Create clear and structured KOL briefs aligned with campaign goals, key messages, and brand guidelines.
  • Monitor creator content to ensure it meets quality standards, follows the brief, and is posted on schedule.
  • Track performance of KOL content (views, engagement, conversions) and evaluate ROI.
  • Operate and manage affiliate programs within TikTok Seller Center and Shopee Affiliate/Seller Center.
  • Recruit, support, and maintain relationships with top affiliates.
  • Monitor monthly affiliate performance: clicks, GMV, conversions, and commission tracking.
  • Validate commission claims and ensure accuracy of data in TikTok/Shopee systems.
  • Analyze data to identify high‑performing affiliates and optimize strategy.
Requirements
  • Preferably with 1 year experience in KOL Marketing, Influencer Management, or Affiliate Marketing (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Strong understanding of TikTok & Instagram content trends.
  • Familiar with TikTok Seller Center and Shopee Seller Center operations.
  • Able to negotiate rates and communicate effectively with creators.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate performance data and conversion metrics.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and tracking tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and strong in multitasking.
  • Proactive, fast learner, and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Creative thinking for campaign ideas and affiliate activations.
