Overview
Our client is a beachfront boutique luxury 5* resort located in South Bali, known for its vibrant energy, chic lifestyle, diverse dining destinations, and iconic sunsets. They are currently seeking an experienced Marketing Communications Manager to lead brand storytelling, manage integrated marketing campaigns, and elevate the resorts visibility across digital, media, and on-property touchpoints.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing Communications, Brand Marketing, or Digital Marketing within luxury hospitality, lifestyle, or premium brands
- Proven experience working in a 5-star luxury hotel or resort environment (boutique or lifestyle concept preferred)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media strategy, PR, and content marketing
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong creative sense with attention to brand aesthetics and visual storytelling
- Experience working with creative agencies and media partners
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the resorts marketing communications strategy in line with brand positioning and business objectives
- Lead brand storytelling across all channels, ensuring consistency in tone, visual identity, and messaging
- Oversee digital marketing platforms, including website content, social media, email marketing, and online campaigns
- Manage public relations and media relations, including press releases, media visits, influencers, and brand collaborations
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote rooms, dining outlets, events, and lifestyle experiences
- Collaborate closely with Operations, F&B, Sales, and Revenue teams to align marketing initiatives with commercial goals
- Manage content creation, including photoshoots, videos, copywriting, and marketing collateral
- Monitor brand performance, campaign results, and digital analytics, providing regular performance reports and insights
- Maintain strong relationships with external agencies, designers, photographers, and media partners
- Support pre-opening or campaign launches, seasonal promotions, and special events as required
