Responsibilities

• Use flat rate guides to determine job time and ensure timely completion.
• Ensure complaint, cause, and correction are noted in work orders.
• Coordinate with manufacturers and warranty companies for approvals.
• Greet customers and provide clear instructions on work orders.
• Answer incoming calls and return customer calls promptly.
• Promote additional services and collect payments for work.
• Schedule and coordinate with sublet contractors.
• Inspect quality of work prior to customer delivery.
• Communicate with customers during repairs and coordinate pick-up.
• Finalize and invoice work orders with prompt paperwork flow.
